It's time to share something about yourself! Many of you have been together for years. Some of you have been BFFs since the beginning of time and, as a class, you seem to know each other very well. After all, you are together almost every day for ten months out of the year. You probably know what kind of food your classmates like, what type of music they prefer, and what leisure activities they do in their free time. Here's the opportunity to share something new! You don't need to write a paragraph...just a complete sentence or two. Share one thing about yourself that you don't think that anyone (or at least most of the class) knows about you. I'll go first. I am a really great cook and baker and can make custom cakes for birthdays like cakes in the shapes of hamburgers, and circus tents, and xBoxes. Your turn!

The "H" in R.I.C.H. stands for Helpfulness. During the holiday season, we see many ways that people lend helping hands to others as people tend to feel more generous during this time of the year. With everything that is going on around us right now (Mrs. Reiman is sick, we have to work from home, our parents' jobs may have changed, we might not have seen certain family members in months...) what are some ways that you can personally show your helpfulness? In a well written PARAGRAPH that has a great TOPIC SENTENCE and organized, planned, thought-out SUPPORTING DETAILS, explain what you do or what you can possibly start doing to make a difference in the lives of others by helping. Remember, this post is due by 10:00am this morning for attendance.
