Washington was the first president of the United States and had a lot of accomplishments. He had one major accomplishment which was moving the British out of the Northwest Territory. This is a big accomplishment because the British were supply Native Americans with guns. When the British left the Native Americans had nothing to protect them with, so they were forced to leave.

At the end of his presidential career, George Washington had many great accomplishments. Perhaps one of his greatest accomplishments was that he had avoided war. If America would have gone into war at that time, they would have a lot of debt. By avoiding war, Washington saved a lot of money for America.

Washington had many accomplishments during his political time. He had 4 major accomplishments. His first accomplishment was the United States now had a functioning federal government; Secondly, the economy was improving; Thirdly, he had avoided war; Fourthly, the British had been forced to leave their forts in the North West Territory, an area that was now safer settlement. In my opinion, Washington's greatest achievement was the United States now had a functioning government. The reason why I chose the functioning government is that without the government the United States wouldn't function. The United States would be a huge mess without the government.

George Washing led a productive presidency and carved a path for future Presidents. During his presidency, he helped keep America in peace. Out of all his achievements, I think avoiding war was the most important. America was vulnerable and in debt after the Revolution. A war would only worsen their debt. The country also was still so young and was rather weak. By avoiding a war, Washington prevented man problems.

During his presidential term, Washington had many successes. There were 4 outstanding accomplishments that he also recognized in his Farewell Address. First, he left the US with a functioning federal government. The economy was also improving during his term and he avoided war. Lastly, he finally got the British to leave their forts the Northwest Territory. I think the biggest accomplishment was that Washington was able to create a functioning government system. Without this government system the nation would have been a mess with trying to figure out how to govern themselves how to choose their own leaders.

George Washington was a very important man in American history. He had also had many great accomplishments. I believe that one of his greatest accomplishments was avoiding war. If he did not do this America would fall straight back into its old ways, and have many conflicts with others. Because of Washington’s great leadership America is what they are today

Because George Washington was the first president of the United States, he had made many important accomplishments. In my opinion, I think that his greatest accomplishment was that he had set up a working government for the country. Although his other accomplishments such as making sure that the economy was improving was important, making sure that the United States had a proper government was mandatory. In order to accomplish other things, there had to be a starting point to carry out those accomplishments, and the Government's that starting point. Also, there had to be something to guide the people for many years to come. A country without a government would lead to chaos!

Washington had some great achievements, but in my personal opinion I think that Washington creating creating a functional federal Government was the best. I think that Washington creating a strong government is the best achievement because now America could stand on its own and by the time he retired America would have a strong system.

Throughout his time in office and in his life, George Washington had accomplished many things. In my opinion, the best out of his four major accomplishments, avoiding war was the best. America was at a rough time and they had just recently gotten out of the revolution. our soldiers were also still recovering and we didn't have a stable form of military. Not to mention, a war is costly and can leave you in dept.

George Washington was an admirable president, and an ideal leader. During his presidency, he made four major achievements. In my opinion, his greatest accomplishment was avoiding war. At that time, the country was just started and very vulnerable. By avoiding war, George Washington managed not to ad more to the country's depth than it already was. He set an example of a calm mind and ways to fix problems without going into war.

George Washington had multiple outstanding accomplishments during his time as president. His first accomplishment was being able to make America have a functioning federal government. He also avoided war which saved America a lot of money. Lastly, the economy was improving. In my opinion, his best achievement was creating a functioning and working government. If he hadn't done that, then the government would've been a mess. Along with that the citizens probably would've been in bad condition and wouldn't know how to govern themselves.

George Washington was and still is a very important man in American history, known as the first president ever in America. George Washington had many great accomplishments through the time he had been alive. I think one of his best accomplishments was avoiding war. This is because if war happened again, everything would change, and he chose to protect his people, and be a good leader. It makes us what we are today

George Washington made many achievements as a president. I personally think that his greatest achievements was avoiding war, because America was still new and imagine what other country would think if they had declare war on other countries. Other countrys would not want to make alliances with America.

George Washington had many accomplishments as first President of the United States of America. I think that his greatest accomplishment was keeping the Untied States from entering the war with Britain and France. By doing this, Washington proved to other countries that the United States preferred peace over war. His action also proved that the United States were allies other countries could trust.
